On Thursday the 30th of November we went to shantytown and we had to go to the church because that was our class room the first we went to the movie and then we had little lunch. then after that we went on the train and then one of the teachers got given gold to take to the bank and then when we got back to the church and then we got robed by a robber could slim and he asolute use with a gun.

This week for literacy I did a KVL chart about the moon. My WALT was use what we all ready know to help us make sense of what we read. I think the KVL chart helped me get ready for reading as it makes me think about the topic.

This week I also did a book poster about this book that is about a dog burgler. The WALT was to create a poster to persuade others to read the book. We had to use a catchy question and interesting adjectives to get people's attention. Here it is. 

Welcome Back To Term 2

Welcome back to term 2. I am looking forward to this term. In the holidays I got to have 3 weeks of holidays while everyone else only got 2 weeks of holidays.  This was because my mum had to get surgery on her shoulder. Comment what you did in the  holidays.

Top team games

This week on Tuesday Grey Main had the Top Team games. My favorite task was when we got wet and it was very fun.   Here is a photo of my team doing the super ski race and you can see my team beating my sister's team.

This book is about a family near the hills. There are works going on outside and they did not get that much sleep because they were working over night. There was a hole and one of the workers in a digger popped out of the ground. He was sorry for wrecking their garden.

The stinky cheese vacation is all about Geronimo Stilton going to his uncles house that was such a meas and the resin why he had to go to his house because he had to help clean it up. I recommend this book for ages 7 and up.
