T3 W8 reflection,

This week at Technology we have learned about nonferrous and ferrous metals. I have been making a rugby ball out of metal after I had cut it out my tech teacher put a sealer on it I got to paint it.

Nonferrous metal, a magnet can not stick to it but with ferrous metals a magnet can stick to it.

My name is Sia and I attend St Pius X Catholic School.
I really enjoyed reading this piece of writing though it is very short. My classmates and I take part in a technology class almost like yours. We're designing necklaces out of Pewter. Maybe next time, you can include more information about the type of metal you use.

    Blessed Weekend, God Bless,

  3. Bula Kaleb!

You have taught me something today, Kaleb! I never knew ferrous metals meant they are magnetic. Is your rugby ball made from a ferrous or non-ferrous metal? A rugby ball sounds a like a good idea to make. Are you going to hang it in your room or will you give it to your father for Christmas? Haha! What colour did you paint it? I would love to see you post a picture of your finished rugby ball. What else would you like you to make out of metal?

    See ya
